Jumping in my Jumperoo

I love my Jumperoo! Usually I wiggle around in it and play with all the doodads but now I'm doing the most fun part...jumping! I'm working on getting my legs stronger so I can creep and crawl!

Happy Birthday, Aunt Sue!

It's my GREAT Aunt Sue's birthday today! I sure hope she has a great day!

I am feeling better now. I never ended up getting a tooth. Mama is sick this week, so I probably had what she has. Grandma and Grandpa Thaler are coming to visit this weekend. It will be nice to have some company!

Mama looked in on me taking one of my naps and found me in an awkward sleeping position. Hey, it's comfortable to me!

Hoops for Heart Night

Daddy was the coordinator for Hoops for Heart, a fundraiser for the American Heart Association. His students had a goal of $2,000 and they ended up raising $2,400. This was really good considering that the population of students that go to Logan are very low-income. One little boy gathered up all his change and donated $1.69, which was really sweet. So, to honor all the kids who raised money, Daddy had a Hoops for Heart Night at school on Thursday night. The students got to show off their basketball skills to their parents, and because the students surpassed their goal, they voted on something to do to Daddy. They chose to throw a pie in his face and he also let the top fundraisers from each grade throw a water balloon at him. They thought it was SO funny! The pictures are a little fuzzy, but I think you get the idea!

I'm glad I was able to see all Daddy's students having fun. I almost wasn't able to go, I haven't been feeling like my chipper self lately. Mama thinks I'm getting a tooth in but it sure is taking it's sweet time! I'm whiny during the day and had a bad night on Tuesday. How many more of these things-called-teeth am I going to get? They better be worth it!

I spent St. Patrick's day watching basketball. Unfortunately the Michigan State game is on past my bedtime, but I'll be dreaming about a Spartan victory!

Pretty in Peach

It was a beautiful, 70 degree day today. Mama and I needed to go get some groceries, and Mama decided to dress me up in a cute dress for the occasion. I thought I was pretty hot stuff! The cashier at the grocery store agreed!

My Chew Toy

I love to make Mama and Daddy's job difficult when they change my diaper now. I will put my feet in my mouth so they can't put a new diaper on...what fun!

Jeepers Creepers

Now that I'm getting so good at push ups, I'm starting to figure out how to creep. I can put my little butt up in the air for a little bit and push myself every so slightly forward. With more practice, I'll be crawling in no time! And yes, I am playing my piano with my mouth in this video!

Okay, I'll be honest. I usually don't type these messages. I dictate to my Mama and she types for me. But I am mesmerized by the keyboard. Here is my personal message to everyone:

It says that my new favorite food is applesauce! Mama has even mixed them with pears and it is SO delicious! I even try to grab the bowl because I love it so much.
